Virtual Services
Is virtual OT right for your child?

Virtual occupational therapy can be a great fit for many families — especially when sessions focus on skills that carry over into everyday life at home and at school.
This service may be a good fit if your child:
-
Is between 8–18 years old
-
Is verbal and able to engage on video
-
Struggles with emotional regulation, frustration, or overwhelm
-
Has ADHD, executive functioning challenges, or anxiety
-
Experiences difficulty with school participation, including attention, task completion, or managing classroom demands
-
Needs support with social skills, peer interactions, or navigating social expectations
-
Has challenges with routines, transitions, organization, or follow-through
-
Has a parent or caregiver available to support sessions and carryover at home

1
Emotional Regulation & Social Skills
Sessions support children in understanding their emotions, managing frustration, and building coping strategies for everyday situations. Support may also include social skills such as peer interaction and flexible thinking. Sessions help children navigate social expectations at school and at home.
2
Executive Functioning & School Participation
Support focuses on executive functioning skills that impact participation at school and at home, including attention, organization, planning, task completion, and managing classroom or academic demands. Sessions are structured to help children build confidence and independence with daily responsibilities.
3
Parent-Supported
Skill Building
Virtual sessions are collaborative and parent-supported. Caregivers receive guidance and practical strategies to help skills carry over into daily routines, school expectations, and real-life situations — making progress more meaningful and sustainable.
Sessions are tailored to your child’s unique needs, with the goal of building skills that make everyday life feel more manageable.

About Me
Jenna Taylor, MS, OTR/L
I’m a licensed pediatric occupational therapist with over 12 years of experience in Florida — and a mom of three, two of whom are neurodivergent.

I bring both professional training and lived experience into my work with families. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to support a child who is struggling with regulation, focus, or daily routines, and how important it is for therapy to feel supportive, practical, and realistic — not like one more thing to manage.

I’m especially passionate about partnering with parents and using child-led, neuroaffirming approaches that honor each child’s strengths, individuality, and nervous system. Sessions are collaborative, playful, and grounded in real family life, with a strong focus on helping skills carry over beyond the therapy session and into everyday routines.
